After you edit or change a cycle it will take a maximum of 10 minutes before the new changes will take effect.  Your changes are put into the database immediately.  After any cycle edit there will be up to a 10 minute delay before the "Date/Time Next Scheduled Cycle" field is updated under the device's Statistics tab.
