Title: Can't run a Quick Cycle
Post by: Gangee on July 14, 2010, 08:36:49 am
Jim,

I'm having trouble.

I ran the Java (I'm on OS 10) config program and did a 15 second run through on my 8 zones.  It worked fine, each zone ran.

But when login via Lawncheck and run a Quick Cycle it says, "No Check-in Record Found.  Check that device is properly configured".  I login again via the Java setup thing, it sees all 8 zones.  I test Host Access, Account Validation, it works fine.  It's set to Polling.  I can ping the device fine.

What's up?

Hi Gangee,

Your LawnCheck device name has to match your EtherRain controller name.  In your case they are not matched.  You can either change the device name in LawnCheck or you can change the controller name with the Java admin program.  Either way.  Just match them up.

Your controller is sending packets to LawnCheck, I can see them, so just match the names and you'll be set.

Jim,
Yep, that was it.
I'm running a cycle now.

Thanks,
