trouble connecting to lawncheck

I have my ethernet controller connected to my home network and its showing up in the admin tool but not in my lawncheck account. I followed all the set up steps.

Ideas on what to try next?

Hi ihstiv,

Thanks for posting.  For LawnCheck to "see" your EtherRain controller, the device name that you enter in LawnCheck must match the name that is entered in your EtherRain controller.

In your case the name that you have entered in LawnCheck does not match the controller name.   I don't want to state your controller name on the forum, so if you are unable to find the mismatch please send me an email and I'll mail it to you.

Hope this solves.  By the way, your EtherRain feed is being received by LawnCheck.  Just match up the names and you'll be good.

Thanks for the quick reply Jim. Your suggestion fixed the problem!

I didnt know the names had to match up but it makes sense.

Now its time to hook up the valves.

I ll report back on how it goes.
