Terms of Use

The LawnCheck Irrigation scheduling service provides on-line scheduling and irrigation command delivery for compatible controllers. Use is subject to the following terms.

No Guarantee

While LawnCheck endeavors to provide the highest quality and most reliable service available, no up-time or reliability guarantees are provided.

Liability

LawnCheck assumes no liabilities for any damages an account holder might incur due to service outages, equipment failure, or other related events. While LawnCheck endeavors to notify account holders when a controller is not responding, it does not assume or accept liability for failing to notify an account holder that the account holder's controller(s) are non-responsive.

Service Termination

LawnCheck endeavors to provide this service on a continual and on-going basis. Should there be a reason or need to discontinue this service LawnCheck will provide a minimum of 12 months notice by way of email to all current users.

Service Fees

LawnCheck endeavors to provide the current basic level of service as a no-fee service. The basic service provides support for up to 3 controllers per account and a maximum 5 programs per controller. Basic service level will include weather dependent programs by zip code. Should there be a reason or need to discontinue this basic level service, or charge a fee, LawnCheck will provide a minimum of 12 months notice by way of email to all current users. In the future, LawnCheck will offer enhanced services for a fee.

Acceptance of Terms

Establishment of an account on LawnCheck and use of the LawnCheck service indicates acceptance of these terms.
